Due to the fixed costs associated with preparation, it is necessary for us to
require a surcharge of select menu items in your order that do not meet the Minimum
Product Quantity specified on the menu item's product description page.
These surcharges will be amended to your order by our order fulfillment team
after we have received notification of your online order. You will receive
notification once your order is modified to include a surcharge line item.
Please refer to the following catering policies to estimate surcharges on your order.

Policies |
- Pricing is based on a 10 person minimum, and are valid Mon-Fri 7:00am - 4:00pm.
- All hot entrees require a 10 person minimum - no exceptions.
- Please add $25 to all orders under 10 people.
- No orders under 5 people will be accepted.
- A 24 hour cancellation is required for all orders. All cancellations within 24 hours will be subject to a service charge.
- A 20% service charge will be applied to all parties on weekends and holidays. Additionally, the same charges will apply to orders before 7:00am and after 4:00pm during weekdays.
